I visited my friend in Fukuoka in summer in 2010. They took me to one of a champon restaurant then. They asked me if there is “Ringerhut” in Nagoya, but I thought there wasn’t any at the moment then said “No!”. However just after I go back home, I found one not far from my place….!

This picture is taken at Nagasaki, not at “Ringerfut” in Nagoya last night, but the word “champon” always reminds me the things in Nagasaki.

I heard there is also a cuisine named “champon” in Korea. I have never tested it but just heard it in TV dramas or from my Korean friends. It looks totally different things, though.

ingredients:

• cocoa powder
• fresh cream
• chocolate (block or pastille, whateaver…)

how to make:

1. Break chocolate in pieces and dissolve it by putting the bowl in hot water.
2. Warm fresh cream and fold it in the bowl of melted chocolate.
3. Leave to cool and then put in a frdge to be solid.
4. Cut the chocolate into bite-size pieces and dust with cocoa powder.

That’s it!

How come?

In the south of my room, there was an old apartment. Actually I lived there till last August. The land owner decided to demolish the apartment after the disaster in March 11th, even our area was not damaged at all. Then I moved to the next door. The apartment was pulled down in October, but there still was a high wall in the south of my room and had shut out the sunlight. Finally the wall was took out this week to build a new house.

I had been out to work during daytime so I found the brightness of my room for the first time in the weekend!! It will be very noisy for the construction for a while, though…
