Easy-to-make truffles

Recently I bought cocoa power and found the recipe in the back of the box. It seemed very easy to make. I tried it. And it really was!

ingredients:

cocoa powder
fresh cream
chocolate (block or pastille, whateaver…)

how to make:

Break chocolate in pieces and dissolve it by putting the bowl in hot water.
Warm fresh cream and fold it in the bowl of melted chocolate.
Leave to cool and then put in a frdge to be solid.
Cut the chocolate into bite-size pieces and dust with cocoa powder.

That’s it!

South-facing window

I moved a cyclamen pot under the south-facing window. I really did not have a “south-facing window”, but it “appeared” this week.

How come?

In the south of my room, there was an old apartment. Actually I lived there till last August. The land owner decided to demolish the apartment after the disaster in March 11th, even our area was not damaged at all. Then I moved to the next door. The apartment was pulled down in October, but there still was a high wall in the south of my room and had shut out the sunlight. Finally the wall was took out this week to build a new house.

I had been out to work during daytime so I found the brightness of my room for the first time in the weekend!! It will be very noisy for the construction for a while, though…

“Zaubertage” in Inglshtadt, Germany in 2004. This one week magic vent is really well organized by Sven Cattelo and is held every year. Good fellows, good stuff, nice audience and beautiful town.

My favorite ice bar

…is “Black Thunder”!! It is originally a Chocolate bar. Many chunk of chocolate cookie are inside. Both of them tastes extremely yummy! The chocolate bar is sold at any convenience stores or super market but the ice bar is sold at Seven Eleven in Japan only.

I have never met such a great photographer for me. This picture is taken during a live performance at Ingolstadt in Germany. I know I am not really photogenic so I don’t like to see my own pictures. But every picture he took this time looked very nice, it amazed me a lot.

Amazingly Thomas is not a professional photographer. I just heard he is a tour guide and I even don’t know his family name. He asked me if I considered the posing very well, maybe in front of a mirror, but I never done such a thing. Each movement came out naturally from my body, just according to each trick. It seems this fact astonished him a bit, so to say, we gave a small surprise to each other.

I miss German Swartzwelder Kirschtorte (Black forest cake)…. There is a potted cyclamen in the back. Somehow near New Years Day potted cyclamens are sold at stores in Japan.
